Why Foxtailsfitness

Sessions are structured around your goal, your current fitness, and what will fit into your week.

Confidence first

You will learn technique, build strength gradually, and feel more comfortable moving your body.

Training, nutrition, mobility, and recovery are kept realistic so progress can continue outside sessions.

Coaching standards

The small details that make training feel easier to stick with.

Sessions are designed to feel organised, encouraging, and useful beyond the hour you spend training.

Before you start

Clear goals and context

We look at what you want to achieve, your current confidence, movement history, schedule, and any barriers that usually get in the way.

During sessions

Coached technique

You get clear demonstrations, supportive feedback, and exercise options so every session can meet you at the right level.

Between sessions

Practical next steps

You can join my private Inner Circle WhatsApp group and learn simple habits, mobility ideas and confidence-building actions that help your progress carry into everyday life.

What is included

Professional support without making fitness feel complicated.

01

Adapted exercises

Movements can be scaled up or down so you can train with confidence, even if you are brand new or returning after a break.

02

Progressive sessions

Your training has a clear purpose, with enough variety to stay interesting and enough structure to build momentum.

03

Whole-person support

Strength, fitness, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and mindset can all be part of the conversation when they matter to your goal.

How it starts

A simple route into training.

  1. 01

    Tell me your goal

Share what you want to improve, what has held you back, and what kind of support would help.

  2. 02

    Choose your format

Pick personal training, outdoor classes, chair exercises, or a focused retreat day depending on what suits you best.

  3. 03

    Build momentum

Train with clear guidance, steady progression, and practical steps you can keep using.

Client confidence

Training should feel clear, friendly, and achievable: a place to build strength, learn what works for your body, and leave knowing the next step.

Supportive by design

Past client reviews

Real progress can start with feeling supported, listened to, and clear about what to do next.

If someone had told me that in 2025 I would have a Personal Trainer I would’ve laughed but here we are 2 years later & I’m still loving my time spent with Danielle She has the perfect temperament to be a PT - doesn’t shout just shows you what to do, patiently corrects you if you’re not doing it right then praises when you finally do My 1 hour sessions every Thursday & Friday fly by because I’m enjoying myself & keeping up my fitness at the same time I have lost over a stone since I started & the main thing is I’ve kept it off Danielle has a whole wealth of knowledge about fitness & keeping healthy & openly shares it with you All I can say is thank you Danielle for everything - you’re a wee 🌟

I have recently started my fitness journey with Foxtailsfitness (Danielle) after months of suffering severe back pain. Danielle has incorporated exercises that are helping me get back to fitness. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares helpful realistic information on her fb page. I have learned so much from her and now feel motivated to get back my fitness. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with this incredible lady. 100% recommend Foxtailsfitness

I have been going to Danielle’s outdoor fitness class since late last year and I love it! I am not a morning person at all but the class sets me up for the day and I look forward to going! Danielle is so friendly and knowledgeable and it’s great she mixes up the class with both strength and cardio training. Her classes and PT are also so affordable. I know she goes out her way for her clients and always try’s to find ways to fit them into her busy schedule. Every week I go I learn something new and it’s really helped my physical and mental health having 45mins each week to just focus on myself. I recommend Danielle to everyone she is fab, I even recommended her to my mum who now is her PT!
