About Foxtailsfitness
I’m Danielle Cerrone, a Wallyford-based personal trainer supporting clients across East Lothian and nearby communities. I help people feel more confident in their bodies through practical training, mobility work, nutrition guidance, and steady support.
My coaching is built around sustainable progress. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, move with less stiffness, or feel fitter day to day, we will create a plan that fits your lifestyle and keeps you moving forward.
Qualifications
Foxtailsfitness combines personal training knowledge, life coaching, nutrition education, wellbeing training, and continued professional development to support your goals from more than one angle.
Training is adapted to your goals, confidence, mobility, schedule, and current fitness level.
Sessions focus on safe, effective movement so you can build strength with confidence.
The goal is fitness you can enjoy and maintain, not a quick fix that disappears after a few weeks.
Location
Foxtailsfitness is based in Wallyford, East Lothian, with support available for clients across the surrounding communities and nearby areas.
Personal training is currently fully booked, but you can register your interest and I will contact you when a space becomes available.
Coaching approach
The aim is to make training feel understandable, encouraging, and realistic enough to keep going.
We begin with your goal, current routine, confidence level, movement experience, and the kind of support that helps you stay consistent.
Sessions use purposeful exercises, coached technique, and options that match your ability while still moving you forward.
Progress is supported with simple actions around movement, recovery, nutrition, mindset, and routine where helpful.

Community
Foxtailsfitness outdoor classes have brought together a friendly local community, with sessions designed to feel welcoming, energising and beginner-friendly. Classes pause over winter from November through March.
When I am not training clients, I enjoy exploring East Lothian and Scotland, working on my own training and flexibility, experimenting with recipes, and sharing health and fitness tips online.
